Several Websites Hacked By Indian Hacker To Celebrate Republic Day

An Indian hacker going by the name of Death Burner has defaced 14 websites to celebrate and wish other Indian hackers happy Republic Day.With an Indian flag in the middle of the defaced page,he added some wordings which goes as follows:
"Dedicated To All The Brave hearts who lost life for the country
-happy replublic day-
Greetz 2 all indian hacker"

Open Upload Vulnerability leads to NASA Deface

A Anonymous Hacker today with a Code name BMPoC Notified Zone-h about a NASA subdomain Deface and i just Searched For the Vulnerability 

I was surprised by watching such low Security at NASA 

where its sub-domains have a Open Upload Vulnerability

The Vulnerable links openly invite users to upload any file that's good till that but further i used a Tamper Data Mozilla plugin and my .cfm shell get uploaded in the server .
